Job Overview
- Reporting to the General Manager as part of our leadership team, you will be responsible for running the hotel's Food & Beverage operation, including restaurant, coffee shop, in room dining and events.
- This hands on leadership role is both operational and strategic, requiring someone who can balance service delivery with administrative responsibilities and collaboration across departments.
Responsibilities
- Hands on operation of our F&B outlets, connecting with guests, and supporting your team to provide an exceptional level of service.
- Coordination between the F&B team and other departments to ensure clear communication and effective problem solving to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
