Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Answer guest inquiries regarding menus, specials, and restaurant services.
Handle guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception and dining areas.
Help out in table operations in serving, clearance, etc, if needed.
