Role Overview
Lynx HR Consultancy is seeking an experienced and creative Floral Designer/Specialist for its Events team in Abu Dhabi.
The role combines floral design, styling, décor, event coordination, and event execution.
The position is full-time and follows a six-day workweek with one day off.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 6,000–10,000 per month, flexible depending on experience and profile.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute weddings, corporate events, private functions, and exhibitions.
- Manage events from concept through setup, execution, and dismantling.
- Develop floral concepts based on event themes, seasons, and client briefs.
- Create floral arrangements, bouquets, centrepieces, arches, backdrops, and installations.
- Meet clients, present concepts, and prepare proposals and quotations.
- Lead event and floral teams during preparation and execution.
- Coordinate with venues, caterers, suppliers, and external service providers.
- Source materials, negotiate pricing, manage budgets, control costs, and minimize wastage.
- Ensure floral and décor quality, freshness, presentation, safety, timeliness, and budget compliance.
