Event Coordinator and Floral Design Specialist

Role Overview

Location and Employment

• The position is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• The position is full-time.

Compensation

• Salary is AED 6,000–10,000 per month, flexible depending on experience and profile.
• UAE mandatory benefits are provided in accordance with UAE Labour Law.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute weddings, corporate events, private functions, and exhibitions.
• Manage events from concept through setup, execution, and dismantling.
• Develop floral concepts based on event themes, seasons, and client briefs.
• Create arrangements, bouquets, centerpieces, arches, backdrops, and installations.
• Meet clients, present concepts, and prepare proposals and quotations.
• Lead event and floral teams during preparation and execution.
• Coordinate with venues, caterers, suppliers, and external service providers.
• Source flowers, décor materials, and supplies while negotiating pricing.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and minimize wastage.
• Maintain the quality, freshness, presentation, and safety of floral and décor elements.
• Deliver events on time, within budget, and to high standards.

Requirements

• Three to five years of proven experience in event management, floral design, wedding décor, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of flowers, seasonality, care, preservation, and current styling trends.
• A diploma or degree in Event Management, Floral Design, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• UAE or GCC experience is highly preferred.
• Strong creative and floral design skills are required.
• Excellent client management and communication skills are required.
• Strong leadership, organization, budgeting, and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously are required.
• A portfolio of previous floral or event work is required.
