Role Overview
The Branch Manager has overall responsibility for day-to-day management, sales performance, guest experience, team leadership, and profitability.
The role supports OPUS luxury brand standards and coordinates with Hotel Management.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 8,000 to AED 10,000 per month, depending on experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, Retail, or a related field is preferred.
- Three to five years of experience in branch, retail, luxury hospitality, or food and beverage management.
- Proven track record managing a premium or luxury brand and achieving sales targets.
- UAE hospitality or retail experience is advantageous.
- Strong leadership, customer service, commercial, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of POS, inventory, and reporting.
- Excellent English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Candidates must be based in the UAE.

- Manage branch operations and day-to-day activities.
- Drive sales and revenue performance.
- Manage customer experience and guest satisfaction.
- Lead and develop the team.
- Control inventory and stock.
- Oversee visual merchandising and brand standards.
- Manage finance and cost control.
- Complete reporting and performance follow-up.
