Responsibilities
- Coordinate day to day fleet operations, including vehicle requests, quotations, ordering, deliveries, handovers, returns, and contract renewals
- Administer fleet documentation, vehicle allocations, driver authorizations, and related records
- Coordinate with leasing companies regarding accidents, replacements, and other operational matters
- Manage fuel card administration and monitor fuel related activities
- Review fleet invoices and coordinate with Finance and suppliers to resolve discrepancies
- Prepare fleet reports covering vehicle status, contract expiries, utilization, and operational costs
- Support sourcing activities for fleet requirements and maintain effective relationships with approved suppliers
- Ensure fleet operations comply with company policies and procedures
- Support sourcing and administration of office service contracts, including cleaning, security, maintenance, pest control, hospitality, and office furniture
- Coordinate corporate mobile communication services, including SIM card administration, service requests, and liaison with telecom service providers
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of agreed services
- Support contract follow up and supplier performance reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2 5 years in fleet management / Administration / Facility
- Excellent communication, coordination and follow up skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent English & Arabic communication skills

Overview
- We are looking for Fleet & Office Services Specialist who will be responsible for supporting the day to day management of the company's leased vehicle fleet and office services.
Fleet Management
- Coordinate day to day fleet operations, including vehicle requests, quotations, ordering, deliveries, handovers, returns, and contract renewals
- Administer fleet documentation, vehicle allocations, driver authorizations, and related records

- Assist with accommodation related activities whenever required
- Support office operational requests and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery
General Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, HR, and other stakeholders to support operational activities
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation
- Identify operational improvement opportunities and support cost optimization initiatives
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the line manager
