- Precisely assemble, install, and maintain mechanical components and systems according to engineering drawings and specifications, ensuring optimal functionality
- Utilize precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers and calipers, to verify dimensions and tolerances, guaranteeing accurate fitting and alignment
- Perform complex fitting operations, including pipefitting, welding preparation, and the use of hand and power tools to achieve desired results
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults, identifying root causes and implementing effective repair solutions to minimize downtime
Requirements
- Ability to precisely assemble, install, and maintain mechanical components and systems according to engineering drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers
