We are seeking a highly competent **Fit-Out Project Manager** to oversee the end-to-end delivery of interior fit-out projects for **fitness and wellness facilities**, including gyms, studios, health clubs, and specialized training environments.
The role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed **on time, within budget, and according to design, technical, and operational standards**.
The successful candidate will bring **5+ years of proven project management experience**, with strong exposure to **commercial fit-out projects**, ideally within the **fitness, wellness, retail, or hospitality sectors**.
The role involves managing all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, design coordination, procurement, contractor supervision, and final handover.
Key responsibilities include developing project timelines, reviewing architectural and technical drawings, coordinating with consultants and contractors, managing budgets and variation orders, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and proactively mitigating risks to prevent delays or cost overruns.
The role requires strong **leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills**, as the Project Manager will act as the main point of contact between internal teams, suppliers, and external partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand standards.
Requirements
- Minimum **5+ years of project management experience** in fit-out or construction
- Proven experience delivering **commercial, fitness, or wellness facility projects**
- Strong understanding of **project execution, timelines, budgeting, and contractor coordination**
- Ability to review **technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications**
- Experience managing **multiple projects simultaneously**
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- **Professional proficiency in English (mandatory)**
- **Arabic language skills are an advantage**
