Join a Dubai-based Single Family Office as Financial Operations Manager.

Client Details
The client is a Dubai-based Single Family Office managing the Principals' own capital across global investment activities.
The office follows a proprietary investment strategy focused on US securities and commodities markets.
The team is lean and high-performing.
Responsibilities
- Manage invoices, recurring payments, critical bills, cash funding, and domestic and international bank transfers.
- Monitor bank balances and manage corporate cards, expenses, and statements.
- Handle banking relationships, KYC requests, account openings, payroll, WPS submissions, and reimbursements.
- Prepare financial information, perform bank, card, and broker reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies.
- Support tax, audit, regulatory compliance, brokerage administration, corporate documentation, and financial reporting.
- Conduct occasional in-person banking and administrative tasks as required.
Profile Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, treasury, or financial operations.
- UAE-based with strong knowledge of local banking practices and WPS payroll.
- Experience managing payments, invoices, bank reconciliations, banks, and external financial service providers.
- Strong understanding of treasury, cash management, financial controls, and multi-entity operations.
- Exposure to VAT, tax compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, CPA, or CFA is preferred.
- Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, organization, independent working ability, and stakeholder management.
