- Ensure robust internal controls, risk management, and compliance with applicable financial regulations.
- Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to support executive decision making.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while driving process improvements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior finance leadership role
- Previous experience in trading environment is mandatory
- Strong expertise in treasury management, cash management, banking operations, and international payments
- Experience managing finance across multiple countries and legal entities
- Fluent Russian and English are mandatory
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent) is highly desirable
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity and professionalism

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to join our international team in the Oil & Gas industry.
