Scope of Work
Own the company's budget and forecasting processes, working capital management, and investment analysis.
Oversee project control and verification of Project Management Office reporting.
Support and challenge the organization on financial issues and promote a performance-based culture.
Project and Financial Control
- Monitor project financial performance and advise on significant deviations or trends.
- Evaluate project performance through monthly status and forecast routines.
- Ensure financial IT systems and reporting tools are effectively applied and developed.
- Manage volume, order situation, and contract reporting.
- Manage working capital, cash flow, and financial risks and opportunities.
Management and Reporting
- Provide management support and assurance.
- Ensure tenders comply fully with Group Procedures.
- Promote communication, coherence, performance culture, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting and communication with regional shared service centers.
