- Conduct detailed variance analysis between budgeted and actual financial performance.
- Collect, validate, and analyze financial data from multiple sources ensuring accuracy.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate new services and business opportunities.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts for clinical services.
- Develop and maintain pricing structures and databases.
- Lead communication and coordination between SAP/MEDAS systems and finance teams.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
- Track actual performance against budgets and provide ongoing variance analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Healthcare Administration
- Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably within the healthcare sector
- Proficiency in financial modeling and healthcare financial systems
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Qualifications
