We are seeking a
highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst
to join our team in Anan Company.
The ideal candidate should have a strong accounting background with experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and financial modeling, preferably within the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and prepare financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis.
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing actual results with forecasts and budgets.
- Support financial modeling and feasibility analysis for new real estate projects, including ROI, IRR, and NPV assessments & Support business planning and financial strategy initiatives.
- Conduct variance analysis and identify trends and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Assist in preparing feasibility studies and investment analysis for real estate projects.
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and company policies.
- Provide management with insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in
- accounting
- **Professional certification required:**
- CMA and IFRS Certification.
- Minimum
- 7–12 years of experience
- in financial analysis or accounting roles.
- **Real estate & Construction industries experience is highly preferred.**
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in
- Odoo, Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
- .
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
