Role Purpose

The Financial Analyst will manage day-to-day treasury activities and ensure accurate, secure, and compliant payment processing.

The role works with Finance, Accounting, Development, Legal, Tax, business teams, banks, and financial institutions.

Compensation

  • The package is up to AED 8,000 per month.

Cash and Liquidity Management

  • Prepare and monitor daily cash positions across multiple accounts, currencies, entities, and jurisdictions.
  • Coordinate funding requirements and intercompany cash transfers.
  • Identify surplus cash and funding shortfalls and escalate them to treasury leadership.
  • Assist with deposits and other approved short-term investments.

Payments and Banking Operations

  • Prepare, review, and process domestic and international payments under approved mandates.
  • Administer online banking platforms, payment workflows, user access, and authorization limits.
  • Maintain bank-account, signatory, and mandate records.
  • Support bank-account opening, amendment, and closure activities.
  • Coordinate bank KYC, compliance reviews, and documentation requests.
  • Resolve rejected payments, banking queries, and transaction discrepancies.

Treasury Controls and Reporting

  • Maintain treasury controls, segregation of duties, and payment-approval procedures.
  • Prepare treasury reports covering cash balances, liquidity, deposits, debt, and banking activity.
  • Support bank reconciliations and investigate outstanding or unidentified items.
  • Assist with internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with Group policies, delegated authorities, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant experience in treasury operations, corporate finance, banking, or cash management.
  • ACT, CTP, ACCA, ACA, CPA, or CMA qualification is advantageous.
  • Experience in real estate, construction, investment, hospitality, or project-based international business is advantageous.
  • Experience with online banking, treasury-management systems, or ERP applications is preferred.
