Job Purpose
The Financial Analyst will support project financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
The role focuses on project-based accounting within EPC, construction, or oil & gas environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage
- project budgets and forecasts
- Perform
- cost analysis
- and monitor project margins
- Conduct
- variance analysis
- and provide actionable insights
- Track
- project profitability
- and financial performance
- Monitor
- cash flow
- , billing cycles, and milestone-based revenue
- Support
- revenue recognition
- and
- work-in-progress (WIP) tracking
- Analyze contract structures including
- Lump Sum, Cost Plus, and EPC contracts
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across projects and operations
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in
- Finance or Accounting
- **ACCA / Chartered Accountant (CA)**
- qualification required
- **5–10+ years**
- of relevant experience in finance or FP&A
- Experience in
- EPC, construction, or oil & gas industries
- preferred
