Join Capgemini Invent as a Finance Transformation Senior Consultant supporting transformation tailored to client challenges.
The role focuses on finance strategy, operating models, process optimization, and technology-enabled change across the CFO organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement finance strategies and target operating models.
- Optimize end-to-end processes within the CFO organization with cross-functional teams.
- Design accounting, steering, reporting, enterprise performance management, and treasury solutions.
- Implement global finance transformation programs, including SAP S/4HANA, post-merger integration, and valuation.
- Drive adoption of new technologies across the finance function.
Capabilities and Technologies
- Use analytics and data technologies, including artificial intelligence and robotics, in finance solutions.
- Apply expertise across accounting, reporting, enterprise performance management, treasury, and finance transformation.
Requirements
- Capability in developing and implementing finance strategies and target operating models.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams within the CFO organization.
- Experience or capability with global finance transformation programs, including SAP S/4HANA.
