Accenture is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to join its CFO & Enterprise Value practice in Riyadh. The role involves supporting clients in achieving strategic and operational goals through process improvements, operating model refinements, and digital transformation.

Responsibilities
- Support clients in achieving strategic and operational goals by introducing efficient ways of working and enhancing processes
- Address complex and ambiguous client business challenges using rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Facilitate design thinking workshops and co develop innovative solutions in an agile manner
- Cultivate strong client relationships and ensure business requirements are met
- Contribute to business development activities including identifying opportunities and developing proposals
- Support development of CFO&EV practice capabilities through offerings, assets, and thought leadership
- Lead and inspire high performing multidisciplinary teams, mentoring team members
- Continuously learn new skills to contribute to the growth of the practice
Requirements
- Experience in finance transformation or related consulting
- Ability to address complex and ambiguous business challenges
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
- Experience facilitating design thinking workshops
- Proven ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams
- Bachelor's degree / higher diploma
