- Manage daily accounting operations and financial records
- Handle AR from customers weekly and collaborate with Salesman for Payment collection and client credit evaluation
- Handle VAT/tax related documentation and reporting in compliance with Saudi regulations
- Coordinate import duty tax and customs clearance processes when required
- Maintain accurate records in the ERP system
- Prepare financial reports and support audits and compliance activities
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in Saudi Arabia (KSA)
- Hands on experience handling Saudi TAX/VAT regulations and compliance
- Proficient in using ERP systems and Excel statistical functions
- Knowledgeable in import duty tax procedures and customs clearance
- Good command of spoken and written English & Arabic
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Finance Specialist
