- Ensure group treasury accounts are managed and maintained effectively
- Manage banking portal access for key stakeholders
- Scale operations by ensuring new entities are set up correctly from a group treasury and finance perspective
- Support Settlements, Trade, and Support teams where needed
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure business continuity
- Implement new tools and processes to improve team performance
- Enhance controls and documentation of current trading and funding processes
- Manage risk and control metrics such as KRIs, KPIs, and SLAs
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in financial services, ideally in treasury, onboarding, or payments
- Experience in a reputable high growth bank or fintech
- Knowledge of various financial instruments
- Expertise in delivering change and continuous improvement
- Good understanding of key treasury or finance functions
- Experience in risk and control management

What You'll Be Doing
- Ensuring group treasury accounts are managed and maintained effectively

What You'll Need

Nice to Have
