Responsibilities
- Partner with Supply Chain and Operations leadership to support strategic planning and business decision making
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities for supply chain operations
- Develop and maintain financial models to support operational and capital expenditure (CapEx) planning
- Perform detailed cost analysis and independently calculate operational costs, productivity metrics, and investment requirements
- Analyze business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations
- Prepare and present financial reports, insights, and business cases to senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive process improvements and cost efficiency initiatives
- Support long term capacity planning and network optimization through financial analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of post qualification experience in Business Finance, Operations Finance, Supply Chain Finance, or FP&A
- Experience working with multinational organizations, preferably within E commerce, FMCG, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain environments
- Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership
- Experience supporting Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, Transportation, or Fulfilment operations (preferred)
- Exposure to CapEx planning, network expansion projects, and operational cost optimization initiatives (preferred)
- Experience working in fast paced, data driven organizations (preferred)

Role Overview

Qualifications & Experience
