- Act as the primary finance partner to designated business leadership teams, supporting strategic and operational objectives
- Provide financial support for business transformation, restructuring, and performance improvement initiatives
- Lead financial analysis related to profitability, pricing, cost optimization, and business performance
- Support decision making through scenario analysis, business cases, and financial modeling
- Evaluate opportunities to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and capital utilization
- Develop recommendations to enhance financial performance and support long term business objectives
- Monitor business performance against budgets, forecasts, and strategic targets
- Identify performance gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities and recommend corrective actions
- Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators and financial metrics
- Analyze revenue, cost, margin, and profitability trends to support business decision making
- Drive initiatives focused on cost control, productivity improvement, and financial optimization
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and long range planning processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional finance certification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or equivalent) is preferred
- 5–8 years of progressive finance experience, including significant exposure to business partnering, commercial finance, or financial planning and analysis roles
- Demonstrated experience supporting performance improvement, restructuring, transformation, or business optimization initiatives
- Proven track record of influencing business performance through financial analysis and strategic recommendations
- Strong experience in profitability analysis, pricing evaluation, cost optimization, and financial performance management
- Experience working with cross functional stakeholders and supporting senior leadership decision making
- Experience operating within complex and dynamic business environments
- Advanced financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and performance management skills
- Ability to translate financial information into actionable business insights and recommendations
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- Ability to challenge assumptions and drive data based decision making

- Promote financial discipline and accountability across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and governance requirements.
- Monitor financial and operational risks and support development of mitigation strategies.

- Support implementation of best practices related to financial planning, reporting, and performance management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes, controls, and reporting frameworks.
