- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and executive dashboards
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance
- Implement internal controls, financial policies, and risk mitigation strategies
- Lead audits, tax compliance, and statutory reporting requirements
- Develop finance teams and partner with cross functional stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline (Master's degree is an advantage)
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA, or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including leadership responsibilities
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial controls, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance
- Experience using ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting

Job Overview

Qualifications & Experience
