Responsibilities
- Process invoices and prepare basic financial entries.
- Assist with reconciliations and expense tracking.
- Maintain accurate financial records and organize documentation.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

- Help prepare financial summaries or documentation as needed.
- Adhere to company policies, confidentiality standards, and financial procedures.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting
- Experience in basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense management
- Analytical Skills and attention to detail
- Effective Communication skills in Tagalog and English
- Proficiency with MS Excel and basic accounting or ERP software
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in finance, accounting, or administrative support role is an advantage
- Ability to work on site in Dubai

Role Description
- Support day to day accounting operations, including processing invoices, preparing basic financial entries, and assisting with reconciliations and expense tracking.
- Maintain accurate financial records, organize documentation, and ensure timely submission of payments and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, respond to finance related inquiries, and help prepare financial summaries or documentation as needed.
- Adhere to company policies, confidentiality standards, and relevant financial procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting, with experience in basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense management.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills, including accuracy with numbers, attention to detail, and ability to identify discrepancies.
- Effective Communication skills in Tagalog and English.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and basic accounting or ERP software.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a finance, accounting, or administrative support role is an advantage, especially within the UAE.
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality and integrity.
