- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test suites for Finacle 11X core banking environments covering CRM, Core Banking, and Payments modules
- Validate end to end complex functional flows across retail and corporate banking tracks specializing in Assets and Liabilities
- Perform advanced technical log validation and leverage Finacle scripting techniques to isolate, debug, and troubleshoot system anomalies
- Architect, build, and maintain highly scalable automated test frameworks using Selenium (Java) or Playwright (Node.js)
- Embed seamless in sprint automation testing frameworks tightly aligned with Agile delivery cycles
- Develop robust automation scripts to validate SOAP and REST Finacle APIs
- Analyze and validate data integrity using FIXML messages and advanced SQL scripting
- Collaborate within the Software Engineering chapter to champion CI/CD testing pipelines
Requirements
- Strong testing and engineering experience on Finacle ecosystem, preferably Finacle 11X
- Hands on functional validation across Finacle CRM, Core, and Payments modules
- Solid understanding of banking operations, specifically Assets and Liabilities domains
- Hands on expertise in Selenium with Java OR Playwright with Node.js for web automation
- Proven ability to automate and test SOAP and REST APIs
- Working proficiency with FIXML and writing SQL queries for backend database validation
- Knowledge of Finacle scripting methodologies and advanced log validation techniques

Role Overview
- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Engineer (Finacle & Automation Testing) to join a leading enterprise banking technology team in Dubai.
- Operating within the Software Engineering Chapter, this role focuses on the end to end quality, automation, and delivery of core financial applications across our Business Platforms & Core Platforms.
- The ideal candidate will blend deep functional expertise in the Finacle 11X core banking ecosystem with advanced test automation engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test suites for Finacle 11X core banking environments, specifically covering CRM, Core Banking, and Payments modules.
- Validate end to end complex functional flows across retail and corporate banking tracks, specializing in Assets and Liabilities.
- Perform advanced technical log validation and leverage Finacle scripting techniques to isolate, debug, and troubleshoot system anomalies during testing phases.
- Architect, build, and maintain highly scalable automated test frameworks using Selenium (Java) or Playwright (Node.js).
- Embed seamless in sprint automation testing frameworks tightly aligned with fast paced Agile delivery cycles.
- Develop robust automation scripts to validate SOAP and REST Finacle APIs, ensuring seamless system integration.
- Analyze and validate data integrity using FIXML messages and advanced SQL scripting.
- Collaborate within the Software Engineering chapter to champion CI/CD testing pipelines, lowering regression risks across core banking deployments.
Technical Specifications & Skills
- Core Finacle & Domain Expertise: Strong testing and engineering experience on the Finacle ecosystem (highly preferred on Finacle 11X).
- Module Exposure: Hands on functional validation across Finacle CRM, Core, and Payments modules.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid structural understanding of banking operations, specifically the Assets and Liabilities domains.
- Data & Protocols: Working proficiency with FIXML and writing SQL queries for backend database validation.
- Automation & Scripting: Hands on expertise in Selenium with Java OR Playwright with Node.js for web automation.
- API Testing: Proven ability to automate and test SOAP and REST APIs.
- Technical Scripting: Knowledge of Finacle scripting methodologies and advanced log validation techniques.
Preferred Experience
- Prior hands on exposure to large scale Finacle implementation or migration testing projects within an enterprise banking environment.
