- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets (volume, value)
- Ensure and enhance full route coverage, drop size, market share, success rate
- Follow up and audit collection from customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure optimal product placement and visibility
- Conduct training and development sessions for team members to enhance their sales skills
- Check and follow up on sales actions and conduct surveys to gather feedback and improve sales strategies
- Utilize sales tools and software to track performance, manage customer relationships
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities
- Uphold Nestlé’s standards of quality, safety, and ethical business practices in all field operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
- 4+ years of relevant experience in field sales, preferably in food & beverage sector
- Previous experience supervising retail routes & field team
- Valid Saudi Driving License

Position Summary

A Day in the Life

What Will Make You Successful
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- +4 years of relevant experience in field sales, preferably in the food & beverage sector.
- Previous experience supervising retail routes & field team.
- Valid Saudi Driving License required.
