Role Overview

Festival Programming and Operations

• Develop and manage the festival programming and overall entertainment plan.
• Create and coordinate stage schedules, performances, and entertainment activities.
• Plan and manage activations, competitions, games, and audience engagement activities.
• Coordinate performers, artists, MCs, entertainers, and production teams.
• Manage food trucks, food and beverage operators, vendors, and activity partners.
• Oversee visitor experience and ensure smooth, engaging guest journeys.
• Manage kids' zones, family activities, workshops, and interactive experiences.
• Coordinate cultural performances, traditional shows, and community activities.
• Lead daily festival operations, including schedules, teams, vendors, and onsite requirements.
• Coordinate with production, security, operations, marketing, and venue teams.
• Monitor onsite execution and resolve operational issues quickly.
• Ensure activities are delivered safely, professionally, and according to the approved schedule.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Festival Manager, Event Manager, Entertainment Manager, or in a similar role.
• Strong background in festivals, large-scale events, exhibitions, or entertainment events.
• Strong vendor, performer, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and teams simultaneously.
• Strong onsite leadership and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and event days.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
• Arabic and English communication skills are an advantage.

Compensation

• Pay starts from 2,000 Saudi riyals per month.

Work Location

• The work location is in person.
