- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow the membership base
- Conduct informative facility tours and deliver compelling sales presentations
- Promote membership packages, programs, and services
- Convert inquiries and prospects into active members
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential members
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey
- Collaborate with marketing team to support promotional campaigns
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities using CRM systems
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and customer service
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales targets
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Fluency in both Arabic and English
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales management systems
- Availability to work full time on site in Doha, Qatar
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline preferred
