Role Description
This position provides administrative support for timekeeping and compliance for a business unit. The role performs moderately complex tasks with a high degree of confidentiality, organization, and attention to detail to support internal customers at all levels within the department. Responsibilities include timecard auditing and approval, employee attendance tracking, and wage and hour compliance. The position provides excellent customer service via email, phone or in-person interactions. Occasional weekend work may be required.
Requirements
- Total Experience: 01 to 03 Years
- Work Timings (India): 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST
- Must to have Skills : Analytical skills, Microsoft Office suite, Cisco and IEX, workforce management tools, Demonstrated written communication skills, Strong verbal communication and listening skills, Critical thinking and Problem Solving.
