Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience and drive business through sales.
- Represent the brand by communicating its values and philosophy through all activities and interactions.
- Achieve individual and collective sales targets and ensure all sales and operational policies are followed.
- Maintain and understand customer purchasing patterns and utilize database to engage and build relationships.
- Promote the Group’s loyalty program (MUSE) and increase enrollment rate.
- Stay abreast of latest fashion trends, social media campaigns, products, and competitor activities.
- Use clienteling techniques and tools to connect virtually with customers and build one on one relationships.
- Prepare and process e commerce orders’ fulfillment from the store within set SLAs.
- Maintain all operating standards by ensuring stock replenishment and organizing display as per VM guidelines.

What You'll Be Doing
- Our Fashion Consultant is responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience and driving our business through sales.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the omnichannel aspects of the role using physical and digital channels.
- Act as brand ambassadors through strong knowledge of the brand and expertise in fashion and style.
- Drive the business by representing the brand and collaborating with team members.
- Achieve individual and collective sales targets and ensure all sales and operational policies are followed.
- Maintain and understand customer purchasing patterns and utilize database to engage and build relationships.
- Promote the Group’s loyalty program (MUSE) and increase enrollment rate.
- Stay abreast of latest fashion trends, social media campaigns, products, and competitor activities.
- Participate in brand events when required inside or outside the store.
- Take ownership of the customer’s experience by delivering exceptional service at all touchpoints.
- Use impactful storytelling with customers to maximize their experience.
- Use clienteling techniques and tools to connect virtually with customers.
