Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience and drive sales
- Represent the brand by communicating its values and philosophy
- Achieve individual and collective sales targets
- Maintain and understand customer purchasing patterns to build relationships
- Promote the Group’s loyalty program (MUSE) and increase enrollment
- Stay abreast of latest fashion trends, social media campaigns, and competitor activities
- Participate in brand events inside or outside the store
- Prepare and process e commerce orders fulfillment from the store
- Maintain operating standards including stock replenishment and VM guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years in fashion retail
- Strong communication skills
- Styling and product knowledge
- Customer service skills
- Passion for fashion

What you'll be doing
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience and drive business through sales.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of omnichannel aspects using physical and digital channels.
- Act as brand ambassador through strong knowledge of the brand and expertise in fashion and style.
- Represent the brand by communicating its values and philosophy.
- Collaborate with team members and maintain positive relationships.
- Achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Maintain and understand customer purchasing patterns and behaviors.
- Promote the Group’s loyalty program (MUSE) and increase enrollment rate.
- Stay abreast of latest fashion trends, social media campaigns, products and competitor activities.
- Participate in brand events when required inside or outside the store.
- Take ownership of the customer’s experience by delivering exceptional service.
- Use impactful storytelling with customers to maximize their experience.
