Role Overview
Egis is seeking an experienced Facility Management Zone Specialist for its Project Management Office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The role oversees planning, execution, and delivery of facility management initiatives within urban planning zones.
The specialist will coordinate stakeholders and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulations and organizational standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans covering scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate urban planners, contractors, facility operators, and government agencies.
- Monitor KPIs and timelines, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage budgets, expenditures, contracts, vendors, and service level agreement compliance.
- Prepare reports, status updates, and performance metrics for stakeholders.
- Analyze facility management data and operational requirements to improve zone planning and resource use.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, building codes, and organizational policies.
- Lead project team members and conduct post-project evaluations.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years in facility management or urban infrastructure projects.
- Experience in a PMO or similar governance structure is required.
- Knowledge of urban planning, facility operations, infrastructure delivery, budget management, and cost control is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent project management software is required.
- Experience with facility management systems and AutoCAD or similar software is preferred.
- Experience managing contracts and vendors in construction or facility management is required.
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabia regulations and local compliance standards is required.
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and time management abilities are required.
