Responsibilities

- Follow up on the implementation of meeting decisions and prepare meeting minutes and follow up reports.
- Coordinate between the property management company and the engineering department to ensure timely execution of works.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on building performance, maintenance, and service levels.
- Update the database of buildings, units, contracts, and observations.
- Escalate observations, risks, and recommendations to management and take the necessary corrective actions in coordination with the concerned parties.
