About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage the day to day operations and maintenance of offices, warehouses, and employee accommodations
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans to maximize facility reliability
- Supervise contractors and service providers, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within scope, and according to contract terms
- Prepare contractor scope of work, technical specifications, and support payment certification and work completion verification
- Conduct routine facility inspections to ensure quality standards, SLAs, and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate building repairs, renovations, and facility improvement projects
- Support new facility acquisitions, fit outs, and lease activities across the UAE
- Optimize utilization of company facilities, accommodations, and storage locations
- Monitor contractor manpower planning and ensure efficient resource allocation
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, documentation, and reporting for management
- Ensure full compliance with UAE regulations, HSSE requirements, and company safety standards
- Lead facility teams, promote a strong safety culture, and ensure excellent housekeeping and grooming standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering discipline
- 10+ years of experience in Facilities Management, Property Management, or Building Maintenance
- Strong knowledge of UAE regulations including Dubai Municipality (DM) and Dubai Civil Defence (DCD) requirements
- Hands on experience managing preventive maintenance programs, contractor performance, and facility operations
- Good understanding of civil, electrical, and mechanical building systems
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and maintenance reporting systems
- Strong planning, analytical, stakeholder management, and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing contractors and maintenance teams
- Excellent communication skills in English

Role Overview
