- Manage and develop strategic relationships with Tier 1 Facilities Management (FM) clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate and manage subcontractor service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive revenue growth
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements
- Monitor contract performance, KPIs, SLAs, and ensure compliance with client requirements
- Collaborate with operations, technical, and finance teams to deliver projects successfully
- Resolve client issues and escalations promptly and professionally
- Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and performance evaluations
- Prepare account plans, sales forecasts, and management reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- 7–10 years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or Sales within the Facilities Management, MEP, or Building Services industry
- Proven experience managing large accounts with Tier 1 FM companies
- Strong experience in managing subcontractor service providers and contract execution
- Excellent commercial, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Strong understanding of FM services, maintenance contracts, and service delivery models
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
