- Lead daily service operations and support seamless communication between service, kitchen, and bar teams
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and ensure members receive personalized, attentive service

- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, hygiene standards, and food safety requirements
- Support inventory control, stock management, and operational readiness

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a luxury restaurant, resort, hotel, golf club, or private members' club
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent food and beverage knowledge
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, team oriented environment
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

About the Role
- As an F&B Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading daily floor operations, coordinating service between the kitchen, bar, and front of house teams, and ensuring every member interaction reflects the exceptional standards of Discovery Dunes Golf Club.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily service operations and support seamless communication between service, kitchen, and bar teams.
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and ensure members receive personalized, attentive service.
- Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members.
- Monitor service quality, order accuracy, and member satisfaction.

What Skills & Qualifications Are Required
