Position Summary

  • The Guest Service Support Expert takes initiative to deliver a wide range of services to ensure food and beverage operations run smoothly.
  • Tasks include setting tables, assisting the kitchen, cleaning work areas, and replenishing supplies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No related work experience required; previous F&B experience preferred.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No license or certification required.

Physical Requirements

  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended time; move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
