Position Summary
Create memorable and unique dining experiences by providing food and beverage service to hotel guests.
Guest Service Duties
- Set tables and prepare dining areas.
- Communicate with the kitchen and interact with guests.
- Serve guests and manage menus during the dining experience.
- Process transactions as part of the guest service experience.
- Clean work areas and service supplies.
Standards and Work Practices
- Follow company policies and procedures, maintain safety practices, and uphold quality standards.
- Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- Less than one year of related work experience is preferred.
- No supervisory experience is listed.
- No license or certification is listed.
Work Environment
- This is a full-time, non-management, onsite food and beverage service role.
- The work involves extended standing, sitting, or walking and moving across sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- The role requires handling objects up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
