- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Ensure guests’ needs are met promptly and courteously throughout their visit
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations
- Follow company service standards and hygiene protocols at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel F&B outlet preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and high level of personal grooming
- Ability to work under pressure and multi task in a fast paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, split shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
- Fluency in English is a must
- Additional languages are a plus
