Responsibilities
- Ensure staff work together as a team to provide optimum service
- Inspect grooming and attire of staff and rectify deficiencies
- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies and cleaning
- Inspect storage areas for organization, FIFO, and cleanliness
- Complete scheduled inventories and stock requisitions
- Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well being
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching employees
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
