About The Role

• As an F&B Projects Officer, you will provide structured support across the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of catering projects and initiatives.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with governance, quality, and operational standards.
• Your role will support effective project delivery through strong stakeholder collaboration, accurate reporting, and proactive risk management, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation within Catering Services.
• As part of your role, your responsibilities will be inclusive of, but not limited to the following:
• Support end-to-end execution of catering projects, from initiation through to closure, ensuring delivery in line with approved plans and governance standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities, tasks, and dependencies to ensure smooth project progression.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
• Maintain and manage project documentation including schedules, risk logs, action trackers, and status reports.
• Prepare dashboards, project updates, and executive summaries for leadership and key stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks, internal policies, and PMO standards. and business case development for new initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation of service enhancement initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables aligned to business objectives.
• Perform other department duties as required by the Head of the Department.

About You

• To be successful in this role, you will bring the following:
• High School / Vocational Qualification OR Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 4 years of job-related experience project management.
• Strong experience supporting projects, coordination, or operational initiatives
• Ability to analyse data, track KPIs, and prepare structured reports
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
• Experience in aviation, hospitality, or large-scale operations
• Exposure to project management frameworks or PMO environments
• Knowledge of Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience with project tracking or reporting tools
