Role Overview
The Project Coordinator will oversee and support the execution of fit-out projects within the restaurant and hospitality sector.
The role ensures that design, construction, and finishing works are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
The coordinator acts as a liaison between contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring fit-out project activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Track project progress, prepare status reports, and highlight risks or delays.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Support procurement activities, including quotations, negotiations, and purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, drawings, and approvals.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, consultants, and management.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor work quality and adherence to timelines.
- Assist in budget tracking and cost-control measures.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the Project Manager.
