Role Overview
Oversee daily fine dining restaurant functions and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Maintain the highest standards of service and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver premium service standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Oversee inventory management, procurement, and cost control.
- Develop strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor budgeting, forecasting, financial performance, and reporting.
- Collaborate with chefs and culinary teams to maintain menu excellence and innovation.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of managerial experience in fine dining restaurants.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of fine dining service protocols and international hospitality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
