About the Role
Kerten Hospitality is seeking an F&B Manager for The House Hotel Jeddah. The role involves overseeing all food and beverage operations, leading the team, developing menus, and ensuring profitability.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all food and beverage operations across outlets
- Lead day to day operations of restaurants, bars, and events
- Develop and implement menus, concepts, and service standards with Executive Chef and leadership
- Monitor food and beverage costs, labor productivity, and inventory to achieve budgeted targets
- Prepare operational reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and food safety regulations
- Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate the F&B team
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for procurement and quality standards
- Support pre opening activities including outlet setup, SOP development, and team training
- Collaborate with Rooms, Sales & Marketing, and Finance teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in F&B operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Pre opening or new outlet launch experience is a strong advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Solid understanding of F&B cost control, budgeting, inventory management, and operational KPIs
- Fluent in English and Arabic
