- Help with opening/closing duties and keep the restaurant looking flawless
Requirements
- 2+ years of service experience in a luxury resort, club, or fine dining restaurant
- Exceptional attention to detail and a heart for hospitality
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and allergens
- Calm and composed under pressure
- Team spirit and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Fluency in English

Key Responsibilities

Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of service experience in a luxury resort, club, or fine dining restaurant
- Exceptional attention to detail and a heart for hospitality
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and allergens
- Calm and composed under pressure — even during the busiest services
- Team spirit, a positive attitude, and a readiness to go the extra mile
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Fluency in English (other languages are a big plus!)
