- Assist with restaurant reservations and VIP guest arrangements
- Maintain and update departmental records, filing systems, and databases
- Maintain an up to date understanding of all F&B offerings, menus, promotions, and events
- Ensure smooth information flow between F&B management and operational staff
- Follow up on guest feedback and ensure swift resolution of any concerns
- Maintain guest database and support personalized service efforts
- Upsell dining experiences and promote hotel events where appropriate
