Position Summary
Deliver a memorable and unique guest dining experience through food and beverage service.
Support table setting, kitchen communication, guest interaction, serving, transactions, and cleaning.
Guest Service Responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, interact with guests, and serve food and beverages.
- Manage menu information, visually verify details, and make transactions part of the guest experience.
- Clean work areas and service supplies.
Work Standards and Physical Duties
- Create a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards, and maintain professional communication.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- Less than one year of related work experience preferred.
- No supervisory experience or license or certification is specified.
Schedule and Work Setting
- The position is full time.
- The role is based at the Sheraton Hotels & Resorts location on Al Mamsha Road in Dubai.
