- Use proper lifting techniques and personal protective equipment
Requirements
- 5 7 years of experience in F&B service
- Knowledge of menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods
- Understanding of safety and sanitation policies

Role Overview
- To consistently offer professional, friendly, warm and engaging service
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of the outlet's Policies & Procedures and Service Standards
- Have full knowledge of the Menu, Beverage lists in the outlet and outdoor catering locations and all other promotions
- Assist Guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Carry out all duties in accordance with local occupational health and safety legislation
- Comply with all Company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
- Report all hazards, unsafe practices or defective equipment
- Report and seek treatment for all injuries or illness sustained in the workplace
- Use the right tools and equipment for the job
- Prevent slips and falls, clean up spills immediately, use wet floor signs
