About the Client

  • A high end casual dining restaurant based in Dubai.

Job Description

  • Assist in the day to day administrative and operational requirements of the restaurant.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, LPOs, invoices, and related procurement documentation.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding support.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in F&B/Hospitality
  • Relevant admin experience
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
