Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), tender evaluations, and project cost reports for infrastructure and civil engineering projects
- Manage contract administration, including variations, claims, valuations, final accounts, and ensure compliance with FIDIC principles
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditures while implementing effective cost control measures and supporting accurate cost forecasting
- Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, and commercial teams to ensure accurate quantity measurements, commercial reporting, and successful project delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of Quantity Surveying experience in infrastructure, utilities, civil engineering, or construction projects
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, BOQ preparation, tendering, cost estimation, contract administration, variations, claims, valuations, final accounts, and cost control
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying/commercial management software
- UAE experience in infrastructure projects (roads, drainage, pipelines, irrigation, utilities) highly preferred

Job Description
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), tender evaluations, and project cost reports for infrastructure and civil engineering projects.
- Manage contract administration, including variations, claims, valuations, final accounts, and ensure compliance with FIDIC principles and contractual requirements.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditures while implementing effective cost control measures and supporting accurate cost forecasting.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, and commercial teams to ensure accurate quantity measurements, commercial reporting, and successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of Quantity Surveying experience in infrastructure, utilities, civil engineering, or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, BOQ preparation, tendering, cost estimation, contract administration, variations, claims, valuations, final accounts, and cost control.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying/commercial management software.
- UAE experience in infrastructure projects, including roads, drainage, pipelines, irrigation, and utilities, is highly preferred; immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to one month are preferred.
