About the Role
We are seeking a B2B Sales Manager for a Dubai-based travel company to develop and execute sales strategies, acquire new travel agency partners, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of B2B sales experience in the travel industry and a valid UAE driving license.

- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to acquire new travel agency partners and expand the agency network
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Build, manage, and strengthen long term relationships with travel agencies through regular client visits, platform demonstrations, negotiations, and account management
- Conduct product presentations, onboard new agency partners, and provide training and ongoing support
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance while preparing forecasts and pipeline reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a travel agency, with a successful track record in B2B sales, business development, or corporate travel account management preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of airline ticketing, hotel reservations, holiday packages, visa services, and other travel related products
- Excellent command of English with strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid UAE Driving License & own car are mandatory
- Ability to travel extensively for client meetings and business development activities

Job Description
